Group counseling is a safe, confidential space to grow, learn, and feel supported in your journey through school and life.

What to Expect

  • A small group of 6-8 college students who self-identify or are diagnosed as neurodivergent (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, and more)
  • Meet weekly on Mondays 6:00pm – 7:30pm for 10-12 weeks in-person at the Counseling and School Psychology Clinic on campus
  • One-time fee of $75 for the semester (approx. $6.25 per session)
  • Financial assistance available for those in need of support
  • A one-time meeting with group leaders to learn more about you and your hopes for group

Student Commitment Expectations:

  • Attend weekly appointments. Attendance is crucial for therapeutic success – we can’t help you if you aren’t here!
  • Think of what you need and want. What do you hope to get out of joining our group? What do you want support with? Our counselors are happy to talk with you and help you figure it out!
  • Show up for yourself. You deserve to learn and grow. Help yourself by investing your time and energy into you!
